Las rutas son buenas, están bien diseñadas y la información que se escucha durante las paradas es muy completa y entretenida. El problema es que los buses tienen muy poca frecuencia. Entre 45-60minutos cada bus. Es decir, si decides bajarte a mirar alguna tienda o cualquier cosa, tienes que perder 1 hora entera para el siguiente bus incluso si solo tenías pensado estar 20 minutos. He de decir que los buses solo funcionan de 10-10:30am a 5pm lo que hace que pierdas parte de la mañana/tarde.

Contratamos un bono para disfrutar 48 horas la ciudad de Hong Kong con una excursión incluida dentro de circuito para 4 personas. Cuando fuimos activar el bono, nos comentaron que solo era para 24h y que tampoco estaba incluida las excursiones. Nos pusimos seguidamente en contacto con Civitatis para que supieran y pudieran subsanar el error cosa que no sucedio. En resumen, tuvimos que pagar los 4 por un excursión que habíamos pagado y ade antemano y perdimos un día del pack contratado.

We booked a voucher to enjoy 48 hours of the city of Hong Kong with an excursion included in the circuit for 4 people. When we went to activate the voucher, they told us that it was only for 24 hours and that the excursions were not included either. We immediately contacted Civitatis so that they would know and could correct the error, which did not happen. In short, the 4 of us had to pay for an excursion that we had paid for in advance and we lost a day of the contracted package.

El bus y el recorrido un do excelente pero la información que dio Civitatis escasa y mal ya que nos vendieron 3 líneas incluida la azul y esa no existe solo hay dos líneas la verde y la roja ninguna de esas lleva al lady market. Tampoco nos dijeron que debíamos descargar la app de big bus para encontrar las paradas ya que son pocas y no todas tienen cartel Translate this opinion into English.

The bus and the route were excellent but the information that Civitatis gave was scarce and bad since they sold us 3 lines including the blue one and that one does not exist, there are only two lines, the green one and the red one, none of which leads to the lady market. Realicé la reserva sin problema un par de horas antes de realizar la actividad (17 de julio). Sin embargo, al ir al punto de encuentro estaba todo cerrado, por lo que no pudimos hacerla. He solicito la devolución íntegra de la cantidad abonada, pero todavía no he obtenido respuesta.
